Law Firm Seeks Associate Attorney for Student Services and Special Education Department
Introduction: - F3 Law provides legal support to K-12 schools and community colleges in California - Seeking a lateral attorney with at least 2 years of experience in Student Services and Special Education - Must be a member of the State Bar of California
Responsibilities: - Assist clients in the individualized education program process - Present workshops to educate clients on policies and procedures - Review and revise policies and procedures - Respond to state and federal compliance complaints and administrative due process hearings
Requirements: - At least 2 years of practice experience - Member of the State Bar of California
Salary Information: - Reasonably expected base salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year - Actual base salary will depend on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience - Additional benefits include billable hours bonuses, annual discretionary bonuses, health insurance, and 401(k) with profit-sharing contributions

Salary Range: - Pay range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000 per year
